Shipping and Payment Terms

Shipping conditions


1. Delivery area

Delivery is made exclusively to consumers (B2C) in the following countries:

  • Germany

  • Austria

  • Switzerland

  • France

  • Italy

Shipment is made from Germany.

2. Shipping costs

Shipping to all listed delivery countries is free of charge. No additional shipping costs apply.

3. Shipping service provider

Shipment is carried out via a suitable parcel service provider, typically DHL or a comparable carrier.

4. Delivery time

Unless a different delivery time is stated in the respective offer, the delivery time is:

  • within Germany: 1–2 business days

  • to all other delivery countries: 2–4 business days

The period begins upon dispatch of the goods. No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

Pre-orders (Preorder)

For products marked as "pre-order", delivery will be made by the estimated delivery date stated in the respective offer (currently: September 2026).

Should the delivery date be delayed for reasons beyond our control, the customer will be informed without undue delay.

In this case, the customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract. Payments already authorised or made will be released or refunded without undue delay.

5. Customs and import duties (Switzerland)

For deliveries to Switzerland, shipment is made DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).

Any applicable customs duties, import charges and taxes will be borne by the seller. No additional costs will be incurred by the customer.

6. No partial deliveries

Partial deliveries are not made.

Payment terms

1. Payment method

Payment is made exclusively by credit card.

2. Due date and charge

For pre-orders, the purchase price is not collected immediately upon ordering. The credit card will only be charged at the time the goods are dispatched. By placing the order, the customer grants corresponding authorisation for the subsequent charge.

3. Retention of title

The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.

Returns & Withdrawal (supplementary to the separate withdrawal notice)

1. Withdrawal period

Consumers are granted a voluntarily extended withdrawal period of 30 days from receipt of the goods. Statutory rights of withdrawal remain unaffected.

2. Return shipping costs

The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.

3. Condition of returned goods

The customer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is attributable to handling that is not necessary for checking the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Please return the goods, if possible, unused, complete and in the original packaging. However, this is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
